The WVAS will be conducting its yearly subscription drive starting in September.

The WVAS receives funding from a variety of sources with the largest share coming from insurance billing. As with most health care, insurance companies usually do not pay 100% of a typical bill for emergency ambulance services. Citizens who have subscribed to our organization will have the difference written off. Citizens who have not subscribed will be held responsible for the entire amount billed.

Our current return rate for subscriptions is 30% for our residential customers, and 10% for our businesses.
