OIL STORAGE DEPOTNo - this is not one of JR's oil storage facilities (in case you remember the old TV show "Dallas"). The Ewing name comes from a local Hagerstown firm which pre-dates the series. Those pipes in the left foreground are connections for rail tankers while on the right are pumps to move the oil into the large tanks which sit in an 'environmentally correct' spill tray .
